At Novaxgap, the priority is clear, dependable shipping from checkout to delivery. Because many pieces are handcrafted from solid wood, each order receives extra protective packaging and careful carrier handling to balance safety with reasonable timelines.

Shipping Area

Novaxgap ships to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, Portugal.
Not currently available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or certain remote territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and select outlying islands in Europe & Australia). Shipments must go to a residential or business street address for proper handling.

Orders are matched to carriers based on destination, size, and weight:

  • UPS® (Ground / 3 Day Select / Worldwide)

  • FedEx® (Ground / Home Delivery / International)

  • USPS® (select small U.S. parcels)

  • DHL Express® (international parcels)

Taxes and Customs Duties

For international orders, the checkout total (product + flat shipping) is all-inclusive. Novaxgap covers import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees, so you won’t be charged on delivery.

Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays) for final inspection and secure packing.

  • Order cutoff: 2:00 PM PST—orders before cutoff usually start processing the same business day; after cutoff, next business day.

Estimated transit times

  • United States: 5–6 business days

  • Europe & United Kingdom (FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT): 6–8 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 7–10 business days
    International deliveries can add time for customs clearance.

Furniture Shipping & Assembly

To protect solid-wood builds, larger items may ship partially disassembled.

  • Step-by-step illustrated guide included; most shipments include basic tools.

  • Typical assembly time: 20–30 minutes.

  • Need help? Novaxgap can recommend third-party assembly providers in major cities across the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Australia (optional; fees not included).

Tracking Your Order

When an order leaves the workshop & showroom: 6017 Baileya Ave, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with:

  • Tracking number

  • Direct carrier tracking link
    Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update, especially while awaiting customs scans.

Damaged or Lost Goods

Damaged on arrival: Contact Novaxgap within 72 hours with your order number and clear photos/video of the item and packaging. Replacement or refund will be arranged as appropriate.

Suspected lost in transit: If not delivered within 14 business days (or no tracking updates for 7+ days), contact Novaxgap. After carrier investigation, a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund will be issued.

Canceling an Order

Cancelable if the order has not been processed or shipped (ideally contact within 24 hours of purchase).

Once transferred to a carrier, cancellation isn’t available. After delivery, use the Return & Refund Policy. For international orders, cancellation isn’t available once customs is cleared.
